Poster-advertising catches the eye, quickly making topics the talk of the town: a boost of attention that is particularly valuable for charitable projects to gain visibility and solicit support. That's why in 2009 we have decided to become the media partner of the donation platform betterplace.org.
Together with Wall AG and other strategic partners, Germany's largest donation platform betterplace.org has established a local point of contact for charitable commitment in Berlin. The new internet portal www.berlin.betterplace.org offers a transparent platform for the capital's social sector, linking charitable projects and donors. As the media partner of betterplace, we provide premium City Light Poster displays for local charity campaigns throughout the capital.The total amount of donation of berlin.betterplace.org is 1.116.978 Euro (Feb. 2015).
Under the tagline "Gute Tat mit Plakat!" ("Doing good with posters!"), DIE DRAUSSENWERBER – the local outdoor advertising subsidiary of Wall AG – and the donation platform berlin.betterplace.org started a poster competition for local non-profit projects. Since 2013, charities can apply to betterplace with their project and a creative proposal to win a cost free poster campaign rolled out by DIE DRAUSSENWERBER on Berlin's Litfaß-columns.
In Wiesbaden, charitable projects are just a few clicks away from their supporters: wiesbaden.betterplace.org – the new platform for charitable commitment in the capital of Hessia – went online in August 2014. Together with the partners of betterplace, our company successfully launched the local internet page for the city's social sector. The page brings together social projects with donors and businesses. Thus, charitable commitment is promoted locally and gains a stronger standing in the community.
