The New Year brings two new appointments to the supervisory board of Wall AG. Dieter Keppler, managing director of JCDecaux Germany and Dr. Oleg de Lousanoff, partner, lawyer and notary at corporate law firm Hengeler Mueller, enter the supervisory board as new members. They succeed Professor Jobst Plog and Dieter Johannsen-Roth who both leave the board. The supervisory board of Wall AG now consist of chairman Hans Wall, vice-chairman Jean- François Decaux, Roland von zur Muehlen, Dieter Keppler and Dr. de Lousanoff.
Dr. Oleg de Lousanoff, who was born in 1952 in Frankfurt (Main), is since 1984 partner at the law firm Hengeler Mueller. After studying law and economics in Freiburg and Berkley, Dr. de Lousanoff taught at the University of Freiburg. In 1981 he successfully passed the Second State Exam and embarked on a career as a lawyer at Hengeler Mueller. Dr. de Lousanoff is a distinguished specialist in company law, takeovers and mergers.
Dieter Keppler has been managing director of JCDecaux Germany GmbH since 1987. Before starting his career in the advertising department of the Hamburg based publishing house "Jahreszeitenverlag", he took vocational training in advertising and graduated in business administration. After five years with LINTAS advertising agency, Dieter Keppler in 1978 founded Concept-Media which he led as managing partner until 1987.
