Flexible bookings and innovative pricing – rate freeze in Berlin

Wall AG is starting its marketing offensive 2009 by introducing an optimized media offer. The new sales concept in Berlin is focusing on attractive prices and a high degree of flexibility in planning the campaigns.

“The clients are given the right to a 10-week shift of their campaigns in the 4/1-, 8/1- and 18/1-format and are provided with convincing offers. This is how we optimize our sales strategy and align it even more to the most varied needs of the advertising industry,” said Daniel Wall, Chairman of the Wall AG Board. “With its premium quality, Wall AG provides the perfect framework for self-confident advertising strategies: market leaders strengthen their position, attackers conquer new terrain.”

At the same time, the specialist for outdoor advertising is introducing a new marketing model in Berlin and decided on a rate freeze in the prices for backlit advertising media in 2009. The company is realigning the poster advertising networks: the CLP city network in Berlin will consist of 4/1-advertising media only as of 2009, including waiting shelters, city information facilities and small pillars. City Light Pillars of the 8/1 format will only be marketed in separate networks as of next year. Furthermore, the networks of the areas surrounding a city will be separated from the city networks to form networks of their own – as the ideal supplement to the city network.

The 1,5000 CLP advertising in Berlin will stay the foundation. The daily price will remain at EUR 20.00 per surface as in the previous year. All network combinations under 1,500 surfaces will be marketed at a daily price of EUR 22.00. At the same time, Wall AG offers 2,000 at a 10% discounted price of EUR 18. The daily price for the CLP network in Berlin’s underground stations was also reduced by 10%.

The outdoor advertising specialist will offer a similar marketing model in Dusseldorf in 2009.

The average price increase across all Wall cities is approximately 1% for the year 2009.
