New Sales Business: Wall mobiliare GmbH to Distribute Street Furniture

New Wall-subsidiary to cooperate with Italian street furniture provider METALCO

Today, newly founded distribution company Wall mobiliare GmbH, located in Berlin, starts operation. The company is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Berlin based international outdoor advertiser and street furniture provider Wall AG. Wall mobiliare will be distributing street furniture from its parent company as well as from Italian METALCO S.p.A., one of the world's leading manufacturers of street furniture products. To this end, a cooperation agreement was executed between both companies. With the establishment of Wall mobiliare, Wall AG, the only German outdoor advertiser to run a company owned production plant, is broadening its area of business in the field of modern and innovative high-quality street furniture.

Over 500 products, created by more than 20 renowned architects and designers guarantee for outstanding quality. Creations by leading agencies from Antonio Citterio to Staubach+Kuckertz manifest the new company's claim for outstanding design of highest quality. Wall mobiliare's sales portfolio contains public lavatories, way-finding-systems, dustbins, bicycle racks, benches, bus stop shelters and a large variety of other street furniture products. The range of products spreads from common items to high-end-products – from street bollards to wheelchair accessible City Toilets. Assembling and maintenance services complete the company's portfolio. Target groups are towns and municipalities, architects, project developers and building contractors as well as urban planners and landscape designers. The new company's managing director Robert Nitz has for several years been acting successfully as Wall AG's regional manager for the federal state of Nordrhein-Westfalen. Wall AG's production plant in Velten is one of the most modern Europe-wide. Italian street furniture provider METALCO, located in Castelminio die Resana, has entered the international market in 1984. Its products are created by renowned designers and architects. Like Wall AG the company owns a state-of-the-art production plant.
