Wall AG to Restructure Management Board

Stephan von Wrede quits company

With effect from January 1, 2009, Wall AG has reorganised the company’s management board, expanding the responsibilities of the chief executive officer. For the time being, sales and marketing departments will report directly to CEO Daniel Wall, thus further strengthening the company’s focus on growth. Stefan von Wrede has resigned from the board of managers in mutual agreement.

In addition, board member Hans-Peter Duncker will take over the bundled responsibility for all technical departments.

After the restructuring, Wall AG’s management board now consists of three members: chief executive officer Daniel Wall, chief financial officer Andreas Scholz, and Hans-Peter Dunker, managing director of service & IT/technical departments.

“In 2009, we need to assign top priority to sales oriented marketing. We have bundled all sales and marketing departments to enhance efficiency, and to strengthen our customer focus.
