Wall AG Strengthens Management Board

Andreas Prasse to lead sales and marketing

Wall AG welcomes a new member to its management board. With effect from January 25, 2010, Andreas Prasse will, as member of the board, lead the company's sales and marketing department. Since January 2009, this task had been temporarily assigned to Chief Executive Officer Daniel Wall. The executive board of Wall AG now consist of four members: Chief Executive Officer Daniel Wall, Chief Financial Officer Andreas Scholz, Hans-Peter Dunker, managing director of IT and technical departments and Andreas Prasse, managing director sales and marketing.

Andreas Prasse, aged 43, has before acted as International Sales Director Airport for London based JCDecaux subsidiary One World. Previous career steps included work with Deutsche Städte Medien GmbH from 1994 to 2000 and Media Frankfurt GmbH from 2001 to 2006.

"With Andreas Prasse we have won an internationally experienced specialist who brings 15 years of professional expertise from various branches of the outdoor industry to Wall AG. As former general manager of VVR Wall GmbH, he is already familiar with our company", Daniel Wall, Chief Executive Officer of Wall AG, explains. "After the economically challenging year 2009, it will be essential, for the time to come, to fully tap market potentials and exploit sales and marketing synergies emerging from collaboration with our partner JCDecaux."
