Today, Wall AG inaugurates its new digital City Light Boards (DCLB) at Duesseldorf airport. The street furniture specialist and outdoor advertiser has installed three DCLB panels at the busy air hub. The DCLBs, which are located in a row along the exit of the airport's departure level, give campaigns an outstanding visibility. Thanks to new LED screens with 8mm pixel pitch and extremely high resolution, they offer a unique and unrivalled image quality and readability of advertising messages.
With 20.8 Million Passengers in 2012 and an average of 590 flights daily, Duesseldorf Airport is the busiest airport of North Rhine-Westphalia. The airport is serving around 57,000 passengers daily, consisting of 40% business- and 60% private travelers. Surveys have shown that both business and private frequent flyers are highly attractive advertising audiences. Both groups not only share above-average income levels but are also open towards innovation, especially new technologies, and distinguish themselves by a distinct sense of quality.
The Wall-DCLBs at Duesseldorf Airport offer maximum flexibility for campaign management. On the basis of weekly or daily booking, content can be managed campaign-specific or up-to-the-minute. Advertisers can either chose a different motive for each day of the week or, with the daily booking option, opt for a sophisticated addressing of target groups by a change of motive that is timed to the minute. Furthermore, with KombiNet Wall offers advertising customers a combined booking option for its analogue and digital advertising spaces at Duesseldorf Airport. All in all, the network consists of 39 City Light Poster displays, ten analogue and three digital City Light Boards.
