WallDecaux Wins Axel Springer as Customer

Premium quality national CLP-portfolio convinces media corporation

Successful start for WallDecaux Premium Outdoor Sales: Immediately after the launch of the new distribution-brand under which Wall and JCDecaux Germany will bundle the marketing of their advertising spaces from January 2011 onward, WallDecaux succeeded in gaining Axel Springer AG as a customer. For the years 2011 and 2012, the media corporation will, with its brands BILD, Welt am Sonntag, Welt Kompakt, Berliner Morgenpost and Hamburger Abendblatt, nationwide rely on WallDecaux's high-quality advertising spaces.

WallDecaux could as well convince by its concept of the digital staging of advertising in the public space: In the next year, BILD publishing group will draw the attention of about 47,500 passengers daily at Berlin Friedrichstrasse underground station with a digital campaign. The current headlines from BILD's online presence are presented in real-time as part of the infotainment program shown on the digital advertising panels in the underground station. In July 2010, Wall AG inaugurated Berlin Friedrichstrasse underground station as the first underground station worldwide exclusively equipped with digital advertising media.

Furthermore, WallDecaux Premium Outdoor Sales will from now on act as media partner to the "Goldene Bild der Frau" award.
