The Wall AG, international street furniture supplier and outdoor advertiser, equipped the surrounding area of the Olympic Stadium in Berlin with eight highly modern toilet facilities. In the presence of Thomas Härtel, Secretary of State for Sport, Klaus-Dieter Gröhler, Councillor for Building and Construction in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, and Peter von Löbbecke, Executive Director of the Olympiastadion Berlin GmbH, Daniel Wall, Chief Executive Officer of the Wall AG, handed the facilities to the district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and the Senat of the Interior and Sport. The investment, which amounts to € 1,3 Million, as well as the cost-free cleansing and maintenance of the facilities are refinanced by built-in advertising spaces.

By setting up a city-wide bicycle rental system in Berlin and Potsdam, Wall AG aims at enhancing mobility while helping to reduce carbon dioxide and other noxious emissions in both cities.
