The Wall Group, a leading international specialist in street furniture and outdoor advertising, can look back on another most successful year. At today's annual press conference in Berlin Daniel Wall, the Group Chairman of the Board, presented the figures for financial year 2007, which reflect an improvement over the previous year in all aspects. Daniel Wall also presented the company Board of Directors, which had been enlarged in January 2008.

On the occasion of the CeBit fair in Hanover the International Forum Design GmbH has today recognised Dog Service, Wall AG's new disposal system for dog dirt, by the iF award 2008. This year the award winners were selected from over 2,771 nominations. The design of the Dog Service stations by the Dutch design office npk industrial design has convinced the international jury of experts and made it the winner in the category 'product design'.

The first stage of Wall AG's quality initiative on Berlin underground stations has been completed. The specialist for outdoor advertising and street furniture invested about 3 million euros in the modernization of underground advertising spaces. In stations, all showcases in City Light Poster-format were replaced by modern poster showcases of the Intelligent Series (Design: GK Sekkei, Tokyo).

The Wall Group is continuing along its growth path of the previous years. The internationally operating street furniture and outdoor advertising company has increased the turnover of the Group to more than EUR 150 million for the first time. The turnover revenue in 2007 amounted to EUR 152.7 in Germany and abroad. This corresponds with a two-digit plus of 13.7%, and, related to the net turnover revenue, even of 21.6%.

The Berlin Senator for Economics Harald Wolf and the Borough Mayor Konrad Birkholz opened the Headquarters of the new marketing centre for outdoor advertising in Berlin-Spandau today together with Daniel Wall, Chairman of the Wall AG Board, and Dr. Marc Bieling, Managing Director of DIE DRAUSSENWERBER GmbH,.
