A free wifi network has been available in Düsseldorf since the beginning of September – without usage charges or time restrictions. At locations marked as ‘hotspots’, tourists and Düsseldorf residents alike using any internet-enabled devices can access the free service provided by Wall GmbH. Both the wifi network technology involved and the corresponding app have been developed in-house at Wall GmbH.
