City-Toilet Challenge

The City-Toilet Challenge takes up very little space and is thus suitable even for tight locations.
Barrier-free: The patented 2=1 technology transforms the City-Toilet with two simultaneously usable units into one spacious, barrier-free lavatory. The separating wall between the two units is automatically retractable, and one of the two washbasins folds down . The result is one single, spacious unit that can be accessed easily by wheelchair.
Thus, the ergonomically sophisticated automatic public toilet offers wheelchair-accessible convenience even in restricted spaces.
Automatic cleaning: High-pressure jet spray systems clean the floor and toilet bowl after each use. Wall AG also provides regular service and maintenance.
Optional features: The side walls of this City-Toilet provides space for two integrated public telephone units.

Height (top ground surface): 2927 mm, Width: 4868 mm, Depth: 1920 mm; Material: powder-coated aluminium profiles, single-pane safety glass, interior: enamelled sheet steel, high-grade steel, ceramics

The basic "ship shape" - shaped like the deck of a boat - and distinctive surface structure lend the street furniture design line Challenge its solid, yet unobtrusive appeal. Design: Prof. Josef Paul Kleihues, Kleihues + Kleihues, Berlin.
